it doesn't matter if you have installed powerdvd for more than a month.

all you need to have is your license keys, start powerdvd and it will ask you to enter it.

hello michael,

i just would start PDVD and i'd find it that the speaker environment is already set to 2-speakers.

i always set windows and everything (including PDVD) to 5.1 (or 6) speakers because that is what i have.

anyways, i will try to post here should this happen again and will try help you guys solve this problem if it continues to exist.
