Carl and Tony: That's so simple! Thanks for pointing me to the simple solution. And Chris, it looks like I'd better pick up that second 26" monitor after all.
Thanks guys!

Is there a way to display video track A and video track B in separate windows? I don't think PowerDirector is architected this way but I thought I'd ask. (This would of course be helpful when handling multiple camera footage.)
Thanks!

Thanks for the replies. I have already tried Roene's method and that seems the most promising approach.

What's an efficient way to sync two video tracks?
Two cameras shot a piano recital and I can easily identify the "slate" frame where a camera flash fired on each track so I simply want to line up both tracks on that frame. I thought I could somehow mark each track at that point and visually line them up but I don't see a way to do that. I know the exact second/frame from each track that should be lined up but don't know how to sync the tracks to that frame.
This is a classic multi-camera problem that I used to solve easily on a flatbed in 16mm (boy, I'm old!) and am sure there is a way to do this in PD10.
Any ideas are welcome.
Thanks!

Thanks RB but I'm already a local Admin and I did try running as Administrator anyway. However, I'll clean everything out and try that again.
I did not have this problem on my laptop, where I am also a local Admin...

Several attempts at installing PowerDirector Ultra64 9.0.0.2930 on my workstation have failed. I successfully installed the app using the same install files on my laptop, though. Cyberlink support is attempting to help but I'm hoping there are some solutions here on the forum.
After completing the installation, then launching the app, just before the six stock photos load into the project, I get a generic Windows error:
Power Director has stopped working
I opened a debugger and found this statement:
An unhandled exception occurred in PDR9.exe [5780]
After rooting around a little more, I found this statement:
Unhandled exception at 0x5605bb69 in PDR9.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x5605bb69.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing several times. I have installed all Windows 7 updates and verified that all the drivers are up to date. I downloaded and ran CLCleaner applications to uninstall, then re-installed and still get the same errors.
I'm guessing that there is some sort of registry clash with some other application.
All my system diagnostics are attached.
Please let me know if I ought to provide more information.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
