I purchased the Power Director 18 365 and the support for MOV files is literally CRAP .. are there any plans to address this?? My older Power Director 9 was a much better product in this reguard.

As this is a volunteer user forum and we're not mind readers, it would really be helpful if you could provide some relevant details about the problems you're having.

I also have no idea of whether you tried searching the forum before posting, as there is a known issue with MOV clips with transparency (alpha channel), and some PCs do not have adequate .MOV support without installing QuickTime or QT Lite.

Do either of those posts apply to your situation? If not, please upload a short sample clip to a cloud folder on Google Drive or OneDrive and paste the link here so other people can test and inspect it.
