Just to add an additional bit of information.

I was able to preview the two videos Prash provided without any problems. Both played smoothly in PDR12. I downloaded and installed the same capture software Prash used, GeForce Experience ShadowPlay. I didnot capture anything.
1. PDR12 failed to run and an error message displayed when first started up. After a re-boot, no problem.
2. Using the two clips Prash provided which previously were OK, PDR12 stuttered with either clip in the timeline.

I will be uninstalling ShadowPlay and I believe the issue should be gone, if not I'll have to reapply Nvidia GPU drivers etc.

CyberLink have been informed.
