Just to stir the pot a bit more. And not that this going to help much. But, I’ve always thought that scrolling titles in PD had one issue or another since version 4(?). However, I copied your credits above and applied them to some stock 1280x720 footage, by pasting (Ctrl+V) them into Title Designer and chosing the standard Arial font. Here’s my results.

When viewing on Youtube using the 720p viewing setting on the bigger player, it’s a bit “jittery” and not completely smooth. But maybe not as “flickery” as the results shown in your Youtube link.
I did notice in my testing that fonts with narrow portions do tend to want to flicker more than fonts of a consistent size/thickness. But I’ll do a little more testing, and report back if I find a solid solution.
As to your earlier mention of losing some of your assets when you re-opened your project, I offer this Project Management tip for what it’s worth.

Since using this method, in combination with using “Save As” often, I haven’t had anything go missing in years, and have not had to rely on the Auto Save feature.
