I have a new PC
I need to redownload 19
Have sent messages but no replys
I paid a lot of money for this
I do have a key in my emall.

Hi,

The only way to get access to re-download your PDR19 is through Customer Service. You will need to allow them to validate your eligibility and then they should be able to give you a new time limited download link.

You should also keep checking the progress of your enquiry by using the My Status button at https://www.cyberlink.com/support/index.html.
