Hey,
I have a problem with files from GOPRO.

When I drop a video to timeline it looks ok, but when I edit something e.x color correction, slow mo, video crop or add any effect then black vertical stripe apperars on left side (like on attached file).
After video production black stripe doesnt dissapear (tried h264 4k60fps and h265 4k60fps)

What more, when I don't edit files, but put more than 1 clip to timeline, the black stripe appears but only after production.

Video file properties are in attached image. Its video from GOPRO 10 max lens mode enabled

Sorry for my english

Hi,

Might be useful to upload a short clip that others could use to test?
Make sure you're OK with the content being shared, see https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/83642.page

Also which exact version of PDR are you using?

Cheers

This has been duplicated in my system when the Color Enhancement is checked with your GoPro 2704 x 1520 rotation 180 clip. This is something Cyberlink Support needs to know as it affects the previous versions too. Try a GoPro uhd resolution clip.

Hi,

Your clip plays in a normal orientation (monitor and desk normal) with WMP, weirdly (pixellated and stuttering) but normally oriented in vlc, not at all in QT, 180deg rotated in MPC-HC, normal in win10 Films and TV player.
Mediainfo shows the 180deg rotation flag is set.

In my PDR 365 Business 2407 I note the following:
Import into the media library shows normal orientation but media library icon and media library preview shows black left margin.
(Media library 1.png)

Placing clip to T1 a normal timeline preview (Timeline 1.png)

Applying color enhancement then shows the same left black margin as above.

If the clip is rotated on the timeline by 180deg, the same thing happens but the black margin is now on the right hand side.

However, your clip has an AR of 16:9 but a resolution of 2704x1520 which would require PDR to do some conversion to produce to a standard profile, unless you make a custom profile using the profile analyser or a manual customisation.

This is probably best dealt with by CL Support to ascertain if there is anything particular with this/these clips that cause the issue, so it's worth raising a ticket to get it in the system. Other members might find other points of interest?

Cheers
