Creating a very short clip (under 15 seconds long) and PD crashes every time I try to produce. Very annoying.

So have you updated PD19 to build 2808?

If that doesn't help, please follow the steps in the Read Me Before Posting guide and attach the DxDiag report so we can see what might be going on with your computer

it would be very helpful to the members here if you could tell us more.
The free program Mediainfo will create a spreadsheet of the file properties for you to attach.
Run dxdiag and let us know the properties of your hardware.
Members will also want to know the exact version of PD you are using.
