Sorry, me again! I want to choose a frame from when previewing my video as a thumbnail for my chapter. The icon is there, but it's greyed out. Any idea how I can get around this or why it is happening please?
I think a screen capture, or better yet, a screen recording would provide some context for your situation. Save the screenshot as JPG or PNG and use the Attachments button below the forum's text box to share it here. Same with a recording, or you could post that to YouTube and share a link here.

That sets "Title" thumbnails as the icon annotates, not "Chapter" thumbnails as you ask. If you have multiple titles, it will be available as shown in the attached pic. Since you question chapter thumbnails, one way is to set the chapter thumbnails in the chapter room during timeline editing.

Thank you so much! The bottom screen had expanded and hidden 'manual chapter settings' from view. Once I knew what I was looking for I was able to place it and display the hidden screen. Thanks once again.
