Just upgraded to 21 and some videos audio is nolongersupported? How do I fix this?

Hello,

Please provide more information, as there is currently very little to go on. As requested in the readme, we need to see your DXDiag file and also please provide the complete info about your clips. Try using media info to help provide the full details.

We've never heard of this happening before, so hard to provide a solution with so little information.

Audio played fine on 20 but not on 21. Have converted on AVC an now working fine. I have no idea what a DXDiag file is i'm afraid!

you can download the mediainfo tool from: https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo
that should tell you the media detail of the file that powerdvd did not like.
