First you may want to make sure that you've got the latest version, which is 3005. If needed, you can download the patch from
here.
If you have the latest version, or if updating didn't work and you already had the "Automatically check" option disabled, you might try uninstalling PD17 and reinstalling it. Make sure you have the installer ready first, and you can contact CL
customer service to get a new copy if you provide them with your serial number. Note that it may take them a day or 2 to respond.
