We are not sure where you are seeing a "capture" button for submitting support ticket. Can you please take a screenshot and attach it here?
You simply need to:
1. Go to the URL provided: [url=https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/customer-services.do]https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/customer-services.do[/url]
2. Click on "Others"
3. Input a subject/question in the field provided.
4. Select a question type.
5. Enter a brief description of your subject/question.
6. Verify the CAPTCHA and then click Accept and Submit.
