Product re-insstallation after PC Crash

Hi Guys;
After my desktop pc had a major failure I have lost the registration details for Pwr 2 Go 11 and also Pwr DVD 17 (upgrade).
I have tried to complete the on-line support questionairre but it has not been successful.

Could someone advise me as to what I can do to have my products reinstalled OR obtain my registration detaoils for the 2 products

I think you need product key to use both applications. not registration info.
but if you cannot find your prodycts keys, contact their customier suport.

I thank you for your suggestion - have tried a number of times (unsuccessfully) to contact customer support from their support site but this not has not been successful. kiwilad

Hello,

According to customer service, you have not contacted them since 2018. Not sure why you are having issues. You just need to submit a ticket using this page:

https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/customer-services.do

Once you have submitted your ticket, respond with your ticket number and we can pass it along.

Thank you for your prompt response it was appreciated.
I have tried to complete the ticket questions butand clicked on the "capture" link but the page fails to get transmitted.
I haved tried a number of times without success. I have completed all of the questions on the page !!!
What else can I do??

Hello,

We are not sure where you are seeing a "capture" button for submitting support ticket. Can you please take a screenshot and attach it here?

You simply need to:

1. Go to the URL provided: [url=https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/customer-services.do]https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/customer-services.do[/url]

2. Click on "Others"

3. Input a subject/question in the field provided.

4. Select a question type.

5. Enter a brief description of your subject/question.

6. Verify the CAPTCHA and then click Accept and Submit.

Is it possible that you could provide a link for me to download power to go version 11.

I am frustrated at not being able to access my program.

Alternatively how much will it cost me to re-purchase the program?

Thank you all for your assitance with my problem - which has now been resolved.
I wish to particularly thank Rhon Bryan of Customer Technical Support for his solution to my problem.
