We have tried several different source videos from several different cameras. We have tried the footage on different PCs with the trial install. The PCs also have different hardware from each other. The issue still replicates in all these cases.
We don't really want to have to purchase the full version and then have to go through the refund process if we still get the issue. Is there no other alternative?
We cannot upload our source footage as it's sensitive company video.
Thanks,
Luke
Luke, no I don't really have too much of an alternative. It appears that multiple camera source clips stutter, three different computers all stutter, multiple produce formats all stutter, that's not a very good start.
Would appear one could maybe:
1) Since all the footage does it from multiple cameras, use one of the cameras to capture a non proprietary wall, floor, or ceiling in the company and share that and see if any users will test and verify the produce stutter with your provided produce specifications.
2) post camera models and video record framerate, size, bitrate and maybe some user will search or has equivalent camera to test
3) post MediaInfo of a troubling source video clips for comparison by users
4) post MediaInfo of produced clip for comparison by users
5) Purchase the subscription version for 1 month, don't auto renew, you are out ~$20US.
6) what are you using to playback, have you tried different players (VLC and/or PotPlayer often good) and all stutter?
