Hi, Mary, there's a lot of missing information here. What version of PD18 have you purchased? The stand alone version or the subscription version? Are you upgrading from a previous version or is this a clean install?

It is the stand alone verison. I bought 2 clean installs and 2 upgrades for my team. I still have not heard anything from Cyberlink.

When you purchase the stand alone version, you should be taken to a page containing these downloads....(for the Ultimate version)

FontPackbyMorisawa2017_Morisawa_Morisawa_CDP171003-01R.exe

You should also receive an e-mail from Cyberlink containing your product key and confirming your purchase. When you download the files, the default location will be the 'Downloads' folder on your computer. You then instrall the main .exe program file first, and then the other files. All of this is for download and installation of PD18 on one computer. You've purchased two clean install stand alone products and two upgrades from an earlier version of PD. I have no experience will upgrades, as I always believe in clean installs. Maybe someone else here can guide you regarding that.

Adding to what TDK1044 already posted. This can happen when the email for purchase has say a mistyped character. Look at your original screenshots if you made any. Look in your junk mail folder too in case it's there.
