Hi, thanks for the help! I have ridden my system of malware and even got rid of the sneaky AutoKMS issue. I unistalled Power Director and installed it once again. I still have the same issue, the problem is however a little different to what I thought. It actually wont work now for new projects and any of my old projects? I thought it was just the project I was working on.
Hmm. You should probably open a ticket with Cyberlink Tech Support from this
page, as they have the appropriate resources to better assess the situation, and can even log on to your system remotely (with your permission, of course) to troubleshoot the problem.
In the meantime, can you run the DxDiag test again and attach the new results here? After you've run the test, take a look at the first 2 items on this
page and see if either of them will solve the issue. The 3rd option may be required, and if that's the case you'll need to decide whether to wait for tech support to give things a try first or go ahead and reset Win10.
If you do that, you'll definitely want to choose the option that saves all of your personal files. Just to be 100% certain, you should also back up the folder(s) where your PD projects and all related video clips are stored, along with the My Documents, My Videos, etc. system folders.
The whole point here is to get PD back up and running for you, and nothing I've seen so far indicates that any of your existing projects are in jeopardy. That's the way we want to keep things!
