I am running version 18 on a widows 10 computer. Never had a problem until now it says this type of disc not supported. I play movies all the time. tried all my other drives, reinstalled the program still the same thing. any suggestions would be helpful.

OK, still don't know what kind of movie media you are playing or what version of PowerDVD you are using. Suggest to check if antivirus or firewall software blocks the powerdvd playback process. If that doesn't, then contact support

near the end of the dxdiag.exe there are several major errors listed including a couple of blue screen errors. You should try to fix those. Also for PowerDVD 18, you should read this.:
