Intel Quick Sync Video Problem (Urgent Help Needed)
[Post New]
In PowerDirector 17 I used to be able to select Intel Quick Sync video rendering when using LPCM encoding. However, since my laptop unexpectedly shut off on me while rending a video, I have no longer been able to select this, so far I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my video drivers and the program all to no avail. This does not happen when selecting other audio encoding methods as shown in screenshots below. I have an Acer Inspire ES15 Windows 10 with 4GB RAM intel core i3 5500. If anyone else can provide methods on how to fix this please reply ASAP. I'm trying to provide my viewers the best visual and auditory experience possible and that can not be provided through compounded compression. That's why I was using LPCM encoding when editing individual clips and only exporting to AAC when doing the final project.

Sounds like some VGA related module or data is broken.
Try to install the latest VGA driver and optimize hardware acceleration(in Preferences) again. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
