edit:
good lord.
you don't have any C:\ hd space for number one! need to free up 60-100GB hd space. two, you need at least extra 4GB RAM or 8GB RAM to total 12GB! three, your cpu(
i3-2100 3674) is way too slow even though you meet the minimum spec pc... hence your pain meter is very very high!!!
here's my recommendations for a pc or a laptop for video editing;
# what is the best computer for video editing spec:
CPU - fastest, what you can afford without breaking the bank.
avoid intel cpus with single suffixes ix-xxxx U / M to name a few at all cost! also avoid AMD APU.
if in doubt then check it out at
cpubenchmark.net .
CPU cpubenchmark score ≥8000 / 1920x1080 FHD; ≥10000 / 3840x2160 4K.
Memory ≥16GB RAM 2400MHz
GPU with ≥2GB VRAM; speed check it out at cpubenchmark ≥5000. (update 4/4/17) (GTX 1050Ti 2GB)
Best NVMe M.2 SSD ->
http://www.pcgamer.com/best-nvme-ssds/ ≥ 500GB
Best SATA III SSD ->
http://www.pcgamer.com/the-best-ssd-for-gaming/ ≥ 500GB
HDD -> 7200RPM 128MB cache 6G SATA III 1TB or bigger...
this is my recommendations and will serve you very well for a long time and a lot less pain.
