Where did you play the video after burning it? Did you use a Windows Media Player with it?
I have the same/similar problem that Roger1955 had. As far as where I played it afterward, it was on Windows Media Player as well as VLC media player and it's the same result on both players. I have Power2Go version 6 also, but the files being burned were in .mpeg format, not .wmv. Please respond with a possible cause/solution. Thank you so much.

Sometimes that happens when the computer can't keep up. (mux/demux) This is usually an issue with an antivirus or too many programs being open at the same time. It could also happen if your hard drive (non-solid state) needs maintenance- cleaned and degragged.
Try disconnecting from the Internet, clean and degrag your hard drive (with something like CCleaner and a defragmenter). Reboot, turn off the programs that you don;t need running and try again. Let us know if that helped, please..
