PowerDVD 10 has no issue with Windows 7!

Please check your AV software - it may block PowerDV to startup.

Avast it's not blocking PDVD10 to startup. I've checked in the log file.

Anything else to check?

Which kind of display connection (HDMI/DisplayPort/VGA/DVI) - DVI
Are you using singel or dual monitor environment - SINGLE
What kind of Antivirus SW are you using - Avast
The detailed issue description - The application doesn't start, no error messege.
Cyberlink? Anyone can take the responsability here?

Does Cyberlink have QA? Did you really test the application in Windows 7 or it's just marketing?

Please REMOVE that, it doesn't test ANYTHING! It supose that my OS has compatibility with CyberLink products... well, it hasn't.-
Hi, my name is Max and I've just bought PowerDVD 10 Ultra. I have Win 7 64 bit installed. After the PDVD10 installation, I put the serial, the activation was sucessfull but when I try to play an MKV file or a DVD, the application does NOT START! What is going on ??? I checked in the Task Manager, the service seems to start but... nothing happens.

Please someone / Cyberlink can give me an answer?
