I'm also having this problem. I have a duo core i7 running Windows XP. Tera bite Hard drive plenty of RAM.... I bought Power Director 7 and upgrade to PD 8 and have build 2508. I have to do the same to burn a DVD.. I've also loaded the Produced file directly into PD and went directly to Burn DVD and it "usually" burns.

I've seen information about a build 2510??? Has anyone solved this problem??

Is customer service any help?
