a) provide usable information rather than rant.
b) when you state "loads of places on the net" that implies you have quotable sources, provide a LIST.

4. You have not provide any basic data as to the spec of your PC, the type of HD files, Source of the files, a screen shot of the User interface (what you're doing and the choices you're making) let alone a diagnostic file.

What a typical highbrow responce, you should work for Microsoft. If you are not aware of this then you are blind, or selectivy so which I suspect is the case. Rather than help you call the entry a "Rant". Well OK, if this is the best Cyberlink can do, you ! then it's an un-install and a move of product.

I make 30 vids a month and get paid to do so so it's important that I use software that is reliable. Updated with the latest patched as soon as I start to use any HD files I get crashed out. Voice over will halt the playing content, when I stop and try to save the system crashed. This is now getting un-useable and forcing me to look at alternatives.

I see this same complaint is loads of places on the net, why are Cyberlink not acting to solve this?

I even read a top level review of this produbt that said "if your thinking of using this with HD, Don't"

Any answers or shall I go straight to the competition?
