When trying to download video from my camera to Power Director 8 Ultra I get the same error message time and again. I've tried changing settings on the camera to no avail. The program recognizes the camera but will not accept the video. The message says that the ilink does not match the video format and therefore cannot be captured. The video was taken in hdv cinema mode. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help provided.
