I assume this is only of use when using the "produce" menu, and not when burning DVD's. The DVD menus are created in the "Create Disk" menu.
If I use Photoshop to create the .PNG's what Pixel aspect ratio should I be using - "Square" or "DV PAL Widescreen (1.46)"?
I looked at the menu VOB created by PD in gSpot, and it was reporting a KBPS or 800-1000, whilst a menu VOB created by a video editing company we use, which is crystal clear, has a KBPS of 7000 - is there anyway to adjust the quality setting that the menus are rendered with?
I've just started to use PD7 and I'm really happy with the software but...
I changed the background image on a DVD (having created a nice crisp 1920x1080 GIF file to use for a 16:9 AR ratio production), but when I viewed the burnt DVD the menu image was very blurry...
Can anyone help with suggestions on how to get nice crisp menus?
