I ask because W11 is now a thing so it's only a matter of time until I upgrade. And this is kind of a global question as I also use Photo Director and Screenrecorder and am looking at Audio Director too.
Short anwer: I think yes. I'm using Windows 11 and my Power Director, Screen Recorder, and PowerDVD works perfectly!

Is your smart enhancement on (audio option checked)?
You can find this setting in Video Enhancement option, Smart Enhancement tab.
If anybody needs more accurate tutorial, here you go:
1. Open Options (sprocket wheel image)
2. "Player Settings"
3. "Video, Audio, Subtitles"
4. "Videos:"
5. "Video Enhancements"
6. The "True Theather" window should pop up
7. Mark off the "Audio" check box
8. Done!
