Are you trying to log in via the CyberLink Application Manager, or within the PowerDVD UI? It could be that your firewall is blocking PowerDVD access to the CyberLink server.

I try to log in within the PowerDVD UI.
I check the Norton firewall it didn't block the PowerDVD internet access.
I bought PowerDVD 2022 Ultra on steam.
Everything works fine except when I try logging in to the Cyberlink account.

It always shows this error:
"CyberLink PowerDVD cannot connect to this CyberLink service. Ensure you are connected to the Internet and that your system clock is set correctly. If the problem persists, the service may be down, but should be back up shortly."
