I was able to download things smoothly when I just tried, although PD365 hung and I had to close it the first time I tried to access the new content in the FX room.



Thanks for the quick reply. I had already re-started my laptop, which didn't work. However, I did it again and it's now working!
This is happening when I try to use the new fx features. Weirdly, before the update they worked just fine - I have re-tried using the exact same video files. Can anyone please help?
