Update to 2010, this should solve the problem.

New patch (2010) has been released. Appears to have cured the problem.

I had the same problem when I upgraded PDVD9 on my Vista machine from 1501 to 1719. I resolved it by reverting to 1501. Strangely, my XP machine works perfectly with 1719. I'm using 5.1 analogue outputs on both machines.

If the iso you made from the main m2ts stutters it suggests a problem with your system. You might find some answers on Slysoft forums.

PDVD does allow blu-ray isos to play with VCD providing all the folders are present before the iso is made - simply add empty folders for any that are missing.
P - your system spec is similar to mine but I run Vista. Blu-ray isos play perfectly with PDVD9 but the latest update caused some glitches with the sound - I went back to the previous version.

PDVD is not good with m2ts. Use tsMuxer to create a Blu-ray folder. Use ImgBurn to create an iso from the folder. Mount the iso with Virtual Clone Drive & play with PDVD. I use 5.1 analogue out to play DTS-MA sound. :
