I can't play m2ts files from blu-ray smoothly. Even without DxVA2, I still have stuttering problem @ 70% of CPU usage
But I've no problem with other high bitrate TS H.264 files.
I even can't play its DTS-Master audio track.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2GHz 4MB
RAM: 2GB DDR2 667
GPU: 8600M GT 256MB DDR2 @ 185.85 w/ PhysX
OS: XP SP3 x86/Vista Ultimane x64 SP2
PowerDVD 9 Ultra Build 1719

PLEASE HELP ME

PDVD is not good with m2ts. Use tsMuxer to create a Blu-ray folder. Use ImgBurn to create an iso from the folder. Mount the iso with Virtual Clone Drive & play with PDVD. I use 5.1 analogue out to play DTS-MA sound. :

PDVD does allow blu-ray isos to play with VCD providing all the folders are present before the iso is made - simply add empty folders for any that are missing.
P - your system spec is similar to mine but I run Vista. Blu-ray isos play perfectly with PDVD9 but the latest update caused some glitches with the sound - I went back to the previous version.

If the iso you made from the main m2ts stutters it suggests a problem with your system. You might find some answers on Slysoft forums.
