I think I deleted the download file for my shutterstock video downloads when my computer was running out of space and I kept getting messgaes that I needed to make more room.

Now, when I download shutterstock video clips through PowerDirector 21, I can't find the downloads at all.

I tried deleting PowerDirector 21 and re-installing it to see if that set up a new downloads directory on the C drive, but that didn't work.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Everything I download from Shutterstock says 'Downloaded Sucessfully' or something to that effect, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer and the previously set up C:\User\name\One Drive\AppData etc. location is empty with no Cyberlink folder.
Quote Chances are the audio in encoded in an incompatible format. Use any free audio converter app and change it to WAV and see if that slves the problem.

If not, please share the clip here on the forum so other people can see what happens on their systems. Use the Attachments button below the forum's text box

Yes, I converted the file from MP3 to Wave formt and everything is working as it should now. I am suprised that the original MP3 encoding wasn't compatible.
I am importing an audio file into Powerdirector 365 to accompany my video. The audio file has been doubled in length from it's original output. But when I import it into Powerdirector, it won't give me the full audio. It only gives me half.

The audio is 17 minutes long, but Powerdirector only gives me 8 minutes and a bit.

What settings do I have to change so powerdirector shows the full audio track length?

Thank you
