Thank you, CubbyHouseFilms. I'm using Verbatim DVD-R. The copies work fine on my DVD player which is quite new. The person having the problem indicates her player is also new. I'll keep checking for other reasons. Thanks for the help.

I've been creating videos of speaches, etc. for our non-profit organization. I create the video with PD8 and then make copies with NERO. DVDs work fine on my player but don't always work for others. Any idea why? What's the best way to make and copy DVDs so that they work on most players?
