when i purchesed my jvc camcorder it came with the disk that had power director 5 ne express and power cinema and power producer
when trying to open power director im being told of a runtime error and to contact support
i have uninstalled the disk and re installed it a couple of times now with no luck
your help with this matter is greatly appreciated as i cant download the footage from my camcorder without it

Hi there i was wondering if anyone else has been having trouble with power director express ,every time i try and open it it tells me i have a runtime error and to contact cyberlink
i had this problem earlier ,but i uninstalled my studio 11 software and reinstalled everthing and it fixed the problem(apparently it clashes with studio i have done the same thing this time with no luck anyone got any ideas???
