PowerDVD (previous versions) » Data1.cab cannot be found » Go to message
During installation PowerDVD 9:

" Data1.cab cannot be found.Error-1603"

After that installation quits.
What seems to be a problem?

After playing Blu-ray movies for a few minutes, PowerDVD9 Ultra stalls for another few minutes. After that it's ether resumes playing or stalls indefinitely. Fresh re installation did not resolved the problem.
What can it be? How to fix it? Any comments?

PS: Before this incident, we successfully played about 6 Blu-Ray movies without any problems at all.

CPU:Intel Dual Core at 1.8 Gz
RAM:4Gb
GPU:ASUS EAH4670 HDMI 512 MB

During BluRay disk playback Power DVD 9 Ultra player suddenly stalls for several minutes without any video or audio ( just still picture) and then resumes. It happens several times during one movie playback.
What could be the problem?

CPU:2 Core Intel at 1.8 GHz
GPU:ATI Radeon HD 4670 512Mb
RAM: 4Gb
BluRay Drive: 8x Pioneer
OS: Vista SP1
