You may also need to uninstall PD and reinstall it after the repairs to your system have been made.



Thanks for your response. I tried all this and I'm still having the same issue. I'm still waiting on a response from cyberlinl tech support.
Every time I click on the transitions button it crashes. It also does it if I try to do it in the PiP designer. So far I have updated the Ram on my laptop, which is a gaming laptop and only two years old. Downloaded the latest graphics update from the Nvidia website and installed it. Deleted all the extra pd apps that I installed in case that was the reason, troubleshoot on windows but it's been doing this since about a couple days after I got it and it's been almost a month and I can't resolve it.
