I have posted the same issue with GTX1650Ti laptop. Nvidia does not let you change 3D perfomance settings for Cyberlink Products but other softwares can. I have attached 2 screenshots of Nvidia 3D control panel with 2 different software one with PD365 and One with filmora. The PD365 clearly can not utilise gpu leading to render time of 1.40 Hours for 3 mins 4K clip where as Filmora hardly takes 5-10 minutes to render for same clip. I just hope a solution will come soon. I like PD365 but whats the use of a gun with no trigger !
Quote Since upgraded, there ahve been at least 3 updates on CyberLink Application Manager and results is always the same

Simple project, only one track I add an effect track and when i add an effect PD always freezes.

Am I the only one experiencing this ?

That is precisely the same issue i am facing. So i was not able to color corret and grade multiple clips at the same time. I had to go to each clip take to color director and come back to PD365. Moreover after I color corrected and graded 4K videos in my project but now when I press render Preview button the app freezes !

The produce button is working but 4K videos 3 minutes project takes about 40 Mins time to render. I belive the GPU is not being used here more of CPU is put to use.
