Thx for the help Bif. You have helped a lot!
How do you do this? I was not able to find this option.
Thanks for the reply. You would think with how advanced Power director is, that it would have something simple like a "quick" transition Fade In/Out, like Windows Movie maker.

I will try your suggestion though. Thanks again!
Here's my issue, I have an existing video that I am editing for a client, and I already have the video broken down into scenes. I have to place an image in between scenes and I need to fade the photo in and out. I do not see this option, like in WMM. I just basically need it to fade out in Black, to merge into the next scene. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!
Thx for the info. I basically had to take an existing documentary for a client, that had monologue and music in it, and edit it. I also had to add to it, so now I need to copy some of the music at the end of the video, and add it to the part that I added. All the while matching back up the original audio/music tot eh edited part of the video. Hopefully I can match it up. Again, thanks!
I have a monologue with music. I need to copy about 1 minute of the audio from the end, and add it to the beginning. What is the easiest process for me to accomplish this task?

Thanks!
Thx for the reply. The issue I am having is I am taking preview stills from some of the video shots, editing the photos, and then reinserting them back into the video. And whenever I do that, that is when all the video scenes disappear on me. Because I am having to edit the photos in PS, and them import them back into the library. Very strange. I would just expect it to add it to the library, but it's not. Any fix for that? Or will your suggestion work for me??

I also wanted to add, I was never asked this when I imported other media files into the library:

"Would you like to merge your Project Media library files with the current media files in this library"

It just did it, and that is when the previous files disappeared.
Hi everyone. I am new to Cyberlink, but have some experience with Windows Movie Maker, and I am finding some similar things that crossover. Anyways, I have imported media into the library, and am not having any issues with finding detected scenes. The issue I am having is when I want to import more media, after I do, everything that I had already imported, disappears, and I can;t retrieve it. I know in WMM that you could just keep importing media into the library and it would just collect, whereas in Cyberlink, that is not happening. Is there something I need to do to keep all the files present, even after a new import? Or what am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am needing to get a video editing project done ASAP. Thanks!
