Hey Group,
My name is Joe and I'm new to PhotoDirector. I'm thinking about purchasing the software (Current version: 13.1.2406.0 (64-bit)).
I've currently got about two weeks left on the free trial.
I actually received a similar error message on PhotoDirector 13: "unable to decode the master".
I resolved the issue by closing all browsers, explorer windows, etc. and the restarting. I then reopened my PhD 13 project and the error was gone.
Anyway, I'm wondering if there was any formal resolution to this issue by CyberLink?
PIX - you seem extremely knowledgable regarding the software. Are you still an active participant of this forum?
