To all concerned who may have the same problem and are possibly working on this topic.
Sent the PROBLEM i Have of course to Cyberlink support, to achieve a response and solution.
If not an answer soon from Cyberlink ::: I will reclaim my money.
Of course I realise that this product is not by any means the final answer compared to the Cyberlink software.
I leave it at that.
I have tried the following which to my suprise works fine:
Website Video Lan
Product VLC media player
Version 3.0.16 installed.
The product has "no frills but it does the job
Loaded the file as specified in my problemlist
Canon R6 video file H.265/HEVC 10 bit version version 4.2.2.. Canon LOG 3 is on
And presto they all worked.!!!
Kudos to these engineers in open source and the best part is IT IS FREE:

Thank you for the answer AND TROUBLE TO WORK WITH THIS.
Very accurate statement on the file of you.
The Video file was indeed recorded in the H.265/HEVC 10 BIT 4.2.2. format
Canon log 3 On
4 K
Frame rate 50P IPB
I have converted the file to a more common H.264 format and that works of course
I am not really a specialist on this.
In any case Cyberlink might be more specific in marketing the product accurately, so we might know that in the future.
THanks Henk

So Far no luck with the Cyberlink Power dvd 21 Ultra package.
Tried the Adobe software like Adobe premiere pro and it works fine.
Ik works also fine to edit.
The Canon DPP 4 software works fine.
So far no official answer from Cyberlink itself.
Video file comes straight out of the Camera. Professionals use it for instance for wedding shoots...
how do they solve then these issues?
Regards Henk

LOADING THE H.265/HEVC VIDEO FILE FROM THE CANON EOSR6 CAMERA ONLY GIVES THE SOUND AND NO PICTURE.
THE VIDEO FILE IS NOT CORRUPT AS IT PLAYS WELL IN THE DPP 4 CANON SOFTWARE
THE CANON CODEC FOR THIS WAS LOADED AND WORKS WELL WITH THE DPP 4 SOFTWARE PAKCKAGE
THE CYBERLINK FILES SHOWS THAT THIS FORMAT SUPPOSED TO WORK.
