If the clip is smaller than 5MB in size, you can upload it here directly using the Attachments button below the forum's text box. If it's larger than that, please upload it to Google Drive or OneDrive and paste a shareable link to it here so other members can see the encoding details and test it on their systems.
Having the same problem, where audio plays fine in PowerDirector 365, but where final output file has significant distortion...
First video is screen recording, using CyberLink Screen Recorder, where distortion is starting to creep in (possibly due to loss of audio quality when screen recording?):
