The general concensus seems to be the download link in my email is the right version.
But its says "Your download is no longer valid"
What can I do to solve this?
Hi,

I purchased PowerDVD 21, and cannot find how to enter the product key.
I have version: 21.0.1913.62 (64-bit) installed.
I follow a FAQ on your site the suggested clicking setting which just pertained to settings about the player, and when I click the logo it's just the "About PowerDVD" dialog box, and my only option is "Buy Now"
