How to use the product key in PowerDVD 21

Hi,

I purchased PowerDVD 21, and cannot find how to enter the product key.
I have version: 21.0.1913.62 (64-bit) installed.
I follow a FAQ on your site the suggested clicking setting which just pertained to settings about the player, and when I click the logo it's just the "About PowerDVD" dialog box, and my only option is "Buy Now"

Sounds like you have the Essential or trial version installed, which cannot be activated. Please check the FAQ:

The general concensus seems to be the download link in my email is the right version.
But its says "Your download is no longer valid"
What can I do to solve this?
