I did as you suggested & a Pioneer DVD-ROM DVD-115 is installed on my computer.

There was no Region tab to click on so I can't give you the information you asked for regarding that.

I use Windows ME, where can I find out this information.

And no, DVD's won't play on Windows Media Player.

I have PowerDVD 5 installed on my computer. I have tried almost all of our collection of 30 or so DVD's and none will play.

I keep getting the message, "A disc with an unsupported format in drive."

What type of format is supported? Shouldn't purchased DVD's play on this DVD player?

Anything I can do to correct this? I'm not interested in burning or editing DVD's, just play them.
