Quote Is it a HDR clip?
Do you have HDR monitor, HDR-ready GPU, and video cables which are compatible with HDR?
Try enable the HDR on Windows OS to check the playback condition.

If your monitor is just a SDR one, disable powerdvd's truetheater enhancement to check it out.

Yes, I have an HDR Monitor and HDR is also enabled on my display settings ( Windows 10 Pro).
My system details are:

CPU Type HexaCore AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 4068 MHz (40.75 x 100)
Motherboard Name Gigabyte X570 Gaming X (3 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 2 M.2, 4 DDR4 DIMM, Audio, Video, Gigabit LAN)
Motherboard Chipset AMD Bixby X570, AMD K17.7 FCH, AMD K17.7 IMC
System Memory 16330 MB

Asus GTX950 - 2GB

I tried HDR and none-HDR 4K clips, same issue on all of them.
Hi,

I install Power DVD 20, and I try to run some Blue Ray 4K Mkv rip files.
On all my players, everything works perfect on 4K but not with Power DVD, I hear everything, but the screen stays black.
Any idea on how to fix that?

Thanks.
