Quote The mediainfo shows an Apple QuickTime codec encoded file. The extension information is missing and may be a .mov file. It will need to be converted to a .m2ts file in the authoring step. If the file extension is a .mov then it may help to have that Apple QuickTime installed for the codec. It may help if you choose smartfit. See this tutorial for that information at 2:23 in the video: https://youtu.be/pNPu-xzRFNQ .

It may help to contact Cyberlink Support and give them as much info as you can. The more information given at the beginning, the better the chance of a successful resolution to this problem.

I have no idea how long it takes to author a disc with P2Go13. PowerDirector should take about 1.5 hours or less with the right pc.

Thanks for your reply. I checked and my original file was .mov. I cancelled the burn after 9 hours of waiting and double-checked the disc preferences (for some reason it was set to 60i). After resetting to h264 and 1080 24fps everything is much improved. Burn finished in about thirty minutes. Disc plays fine on a consumer BD player.
Hello -

Similar to post below. Trying to burn an h264 to playable blu-ray on Power2Go 13. Went fairly quickly, then stopped at 91% and have been there for six hours. How long should this burn typically take? Should I abort and lose disc?

Also, h264 file is 15.7GB but Cyberlink is showing disc will be 24GB?
