Because i am travelling a lot , i can not live with the limitation to change the region of br playing ( now its limited to 5 times max)
Is there any other solution to get around this limitation?

panasonic viera plasma 3D TV connected through hdmi 1.4 to htpc
after installing the 2701 patch i could not play any 3d blurays in 3d mode anymore.I do not know wheter this is caused by the 2701 patch or earlier patches because i ran an older version of powerdvd 10 mark II (from september 2010)
my BD 3 D advisor shows everything is ok
i have tried all the different display choices (before the patch i had it set to nvision 3d ready monitor)
my screen starts flickering a few times and then either freezes or jumps back to my desktop
what is happening

thanks for the answer
since i work with a HTPC i always rip MY (no illegal copies) br 3d movies as iso image with anydvd and mount them with vcd
also in clone mode this works because any dvd removes the hdcp protection
the only thing is that only the first BR 3d launches when i start it in Myvovies and mce (windows 7) the second one does not work (with BR 2D no problem so probably something to do with vcd in combination with powerdvd 10)
my panasonic display however is a full hd 3d panel which accepts the checkerboard signal but i do not get a good picture and cannot see any 3d with my panasonic shutterglasses.
The cyberlink bd 3d advisor shows that i do not have a 3d display
so you can understand that i do NOt understand all this anymore
Any idea??

I have bought a panasonic 3d plasmascreen type TX P65VT20 and connected it through hdmi with my HTPC with Ati 5450 card i have installed powerdvd 10 mark II but i have some problems
1) if i use clonemode (i have a small fullhd monitor attached as well as the panasonic) powerdvd will NOT start the inserted 3d Bluray only in single mode it will start .
Is there a restrictment for clonemode???
2) Does powerdvdv work with my panasonic 3d tv which has its own active shutter glasses??

when i removed the cyberlink icons everything was back as before

Hi
I had the same issue
i solved it by using a prograam called menu mender.
With this prograam you can remove the cyberlink pwdvd icon and then the original icon(s) will return
good luck

I installed the latest vcd beta
Now i get the message from powerdvd that i cannot play iso anymore
So either i am doing something wrong or playing iso bd
Is no longer possible with powerdvd
By the way adam i did not understand your instruction concerning iso
Pls explain again
Now i am using normal bd iso copied with imgburn and anydvd hd
This worked always untill this updat

after update of powerdvd 8 ultra to 2521 no more iso bd.
i will try to use vcd beta version otherwise its back to older powerdvd version

this is exactly what i needed thanks
yesterday i updated my pwdvd 8 ultra with the 2521 update.I then saw that cyberlink already included the above mentioned autoresume feature in this upadte.
But After this update i cannot play iso BD anymore.I get the message format not supported in drive (F) (this is my virtual clone drive).
I have not changed anything .
I use vista mc 32 with Mymovies Virtual clonedrive and anydvd HD.
If i play a real BD it works but no virtuals.
Any idea???

is there any possibility to avoid the prompt of the question to resume or to start playing from the beginning?
especially in the vista mc with Mymovies integration this is really disturbing because as far as i know you can not set a default for that like in 7.
any solutions this is really annoying

weiss einer wie ich den player auf auto resume bzw start vom beginn default speichern kann damit nicht immer die frage kommt ob ich neu anfangen will oder resume will von der letzten stelle habe nahmlich powerdvd 8 ultra in mymovies eingebunden.
weiis einer ubruigens auch wie ich die cyberlink fernbedienung wieder 100% am laufen krieg mit 8 ultra

cyberlink muss ein update heraus geben damit unsere fernbedienung wieder funktioniert
