PowerDVD (Standard) worked fine for about two months, but now will not play DVDs. CDs play fine.DVDs play fine when I use VLC, so it is not a DVD or drive problem.

When attempting to play a DVD, the following PowerDVD error message now appears: "This is Guest account. Please change to an Admin account."

I am using Win10, logged in as administrator. Is there a separate PowerDVD account that I need to log into in order to play a DVD? Why am I now getting the error message after two months?

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Yes, I did send a message to Tech Support, but have not received a response.
