Okay, the link for technical didn't work at first so I thought it was this forum. I just figure out where was the form. I will send back my issue... I still do not like the business of 18 months after you download... If I had known, I would have done a proper backup.
I have a new computer and wanted to download PowerDirector 14 Ultra from the link I had received 2 years ago when I purchased the product. The link from my email does not work anymore.

Where can I download the product I bought?
