I really would like to use this time/date feature. BTW: I also have and uses Sony Vegas Pro, and this editor can (could) also use time code with a use of a macro. This macros is unfortunately not updated by the user anymore and hence the latest version of VegasPro stop working with time/date.

Can you point me to the solution with the .srt subtitle method ?

In Magix modie Edit pro, inported to the timeline:
I uses MAGIX Movie Edit Pro. This editor can include data and time directly from the AVCHD stream
how can I get the timecode (crate time&date) from an avchd/AVC file ?
Other editor can extract this to be place as titles or other.
