I have tried disabling the anti virus and nothing changed.

I have also attached a screen shot if what I was looking at for an hour



Doesnt look like it was to attach the file.....its a large black square in the middle of my desktop

Hi,

I bought a copy of PD16 today and am unable to install it.
I am able download Cyperlink applications manager but when I try and open it all I get is a large black sqaure in the middle of the screen. I've tried uninstalling the program and restarting several times in various combinations and I dont have any other video editing software installed.
I'm using windows 10 on a HP Pavillion 14

Any help is very appreciated
